Sciù è un vino elegante e strutturato, dai tannini tonanti ma fresco al tempo stesso. Il nome indica il giogo dell’aratro nel dialetto leccese e richiama la faticosa lavorazione del terreno così come il nome delle sue uve (Susumaniello) ricorda l’instancabile lavoratore delle campagne, il “somarello”.
